Who We Are

The Libstar family is motivated to create, work and achieve success through its purpose as a family:

enriching people’s daily lives.

That is what the products we make and the people who make them live for and aim towards every day.

Every home and every family strives to uphold a set of values. These values are what we all believe in and try to exemplify throughout our daily lives, to keep us all moving forward with purpose and on the right track.

The customer is always alright. We make sure of that.

When you ensure consistent service and uncompromising quality, there’s no need to question customer satisfaction.

Do your bit and be responsible for it.

Taking ownership of what you do and authority over your actions means everyone is accountable for their own role within the greater whole.

Partnerships aren’t just made, they are kept.

Whether we’re dealing with colleagues, customers, suppliers or the community, we make a conscious effort to develop and maintain robust and wholesome partnerships.

Innovate boldly. Work tirelessly.

We harness this spirit to always seek new ways, and see risk as a worthy – but beatable – opponent. Labour with the fearless heart of an entrepreneur and the mind of a conscientious corporate.

Proper business is honest business.

Commit to doing business properly, with solid values. Telling the truth and being aboveboard in all our day-to-day transactions is paramount.

The spark of perfection.

It’s something that comes from inside us. It courses through our veins. It might not be something that’s easy to explain, but it drives us to put our heart and soul into every second of what we do. That makes all the difference.

Over the years, we have followed a strategy of acquiring controlling equity stakes in existing food and beverage, and household and personal care businesses that demonstrates sound entrepreneurial management and high-growth potential.
