Purpose of the Role:
An excellent opportunity has become available for an ICT Manager to join the Libstar Wet Condiment Category (“WCC”). In this role, you will lead and oversee the ICT infrastructure and services, ensuring effective, efficient, and secure operations. You will align ICT initiatives with the group’s business objectives and drive innovation through technology. Responsibilities include implementing ICT policies and best practices, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Job Function/ Responsibility:
- Implement the ICT strategy in alignment with Libstar’s business and ICT objectives.
- Work closely with Libstar Central Office ICT Team to ensure WCC aligns with Group Standards.
- Drive digital transformation projects to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Integrate ICT systems to streamline operations and improve communication.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of ICT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases).
- Manage the ERP system environment for the WCC, including system administration and data integrity.
- Build and maintain relationships with ICT vendors and service providers.
- Ensure data security and integrity through robust cybersecurity measures.
- Manage ICT-related risks and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet ICT needs effectively.
- Develop and manage the ICT budget (hardware, software, Opex and Capex), ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Oversee ICT project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with ICT policies, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of ICT systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Person Profile, Skills and Attitude:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Willing to travel as required
- Valid driver’s license
- Own transport
