About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven ICT Systems Support Administrator to join our team.
This role is critical in supporting our ICT and Syspro environment, ensuring efficient system performance
and reducing reliance on a single point of contact.
The successful candidate will contribute to improved turnaround times, enhanced operational efficiency
and strengthened business continuity through consistent system support and governance.
Key responsibilties
- Provide Syspro ERP support, including handling and resolving user queries
- Deliver ICT system support and administration across the WCC units
- Support and manage EDI processes and order flow
- Contribute to IT governance, compliance and audit readiness
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standardised processes
- Assist in improving system efficiency and reducing operational bottlenecks
Skills and competencies
- ERP system knowledge (Syspro preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Effective user support and communication skills
- Solid understanding of system administration fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of networks and hardware
- Understanding of EDI processes
- High level of data accuracy and attention to detail
- Awareness of IT governance, compliance and audit practices
- Ability to document processes and standardise workflows
Qualifications and exprience
- Matric (Grade 12) – required
- Diploma or Degree in ICT or related field – advantageous
- 1 – 3 years experience in a Syspro or ICT support
