The 2026 EDGE Leadership Programme marks a significant milestone for Libstar as we celebrate the graduation of our first cohort of 38 emerging leaders. Over the past year, these participants have committed themselves to a rigorous, practical and deeply collaborative leadership journey designed to strengthen capability across the Group.
Built around real business challenges, EDGE combines structured learning with handson application. Participants were grouped into eight crossfunctional teams, bringing together colleagues from different businesses, disciplines and regions. This structure was intentional: EDGE is designed not only to grow individual leaders, but to build stronger connections, shared thinking and collaboration across Libstar.
Across the year, graduates engaged in leadership development modules, teambased problem solving, coaching, reflection sessions and practical assignments that stretched their capability. They learned to lead with clarity, communicate with impact, collaborate across boundaries and apply leadership behaviours in real Libstar contexts.
The result is a cohort of leaders who have grown in confidence, capability and perspective. Their commitment over the past year reflects the spirit of EDGE: leadership built through practice, collaboration and continuous learning.
